Our story
Maple & Thyme started in 2019 as a weekend farmers market stand run by sisters Nora and Jill. Today it's a full storefront known for naturally leavened sourdough, seasonal galettes, and a cardamom bun that regulars drive across town for. Every loaf is still mixed by hand in small batches.
